Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?
will not uninstall in windows 10, loads up every time when computer starts, causes issue with the normal chrome app. there is no working way of uninstalling it. 

What went wrong?
will not uninstall keeps asking for windows to be closed as they are closed but will not uninstall
