Issue description
Chrome Version : Version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)
URLs (if applicable) : NA
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari: NA
Firefox: NA
IE: NA
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) NA
(2) NA
(3) NA
What is the expected result?
Minimize(or any of minimize, maximize or close) icon must not be superimposed by anything.
What happens instead?
In Developer Tools, icon superimposes minimize icon which is really annoying as it blocks way to click minimize icon.
It should come either adjacent to the options or not at all.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Please get it done. Its okay, no need of rewarding.

Unable to reproduce this issue on 60.0.3112.113, on latest stable 61.0.3163.100 and on latest canary 63.0.3222.0 using Windows 10 with below steps. Attaching screenshot of same. 1.Launched chrome and opened Incognito mode. Opened devtools as separate windows[as shown in screenshot]. 2.Observed no overlapping of minimize/maximize/close buttons. @Reporter: Could you please let us know on which OS you are seeing this issue? and could you also please let us know whether above mentioned steps are correct to reproduce this issue?
