Drivers upgrade for Windows NVIDIA Perf bots

Project Member Reported by jmad...@chromium.org, Sep 21 2017

Issue description

This applies to the bots on the chromium.perf waterfall, as well as the bisect bots:

https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.perf/builders/Win%207%20Nvidia%20GPU%20Perf

Currently running quite old drivers:

driver_date : 3-13-2015
driver_vendor : NVIDIA
driver_version : 9.18.13.4788

This is driver version 347.88. The cards installed are currently GT 610s. Currently on my machine I'm running 385.41 from 8-21-2017.

In order to upgrade smoothly, we should first test the drivers on our bots. We can do this smoothly using swarming. From Ken:

"Once generate_buildbot_json.py has been changed to target the specific driver version, you can file a ticket asking Labs to upgrade a few machines, and then you can send a tryjob through which targets the new driver version. Ideally we would also deploy one new Windows VM on chromium.gpu.fyi like "Win7 Experimental Release (NVIDIA)" and have that always target the "next" driver version that we want to test. (This is what the experimental Mac bots are for.)"

Peter, now that we've upgraded the Windows NVIDIA drivers in issue 771654 , could you also help upgrading the drivers for the Windows NVIDIA GPU perf bots?

There are five machines I see listed in the Chrome-perf pool: build92-m1, build93-m1, build94-m1, build95-m1, and build96-m1.

Interestingly, the perf try bots seem to use four bots that I can't find in the chromium swarm application:

https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/build/masters/master.tryserver.chromium.perf/slaves.cfg?q=chromium.perf/slaves&sq=package:chromium&l=75

_AddSlaves('winx64nvidia_perf_bisect', 'win', 'win7', 'build%d-m4',
           [96, 97, 98, 157])

I'm not sure if these bots exist, and where they might be located if they do.

I'm good to wait a day to make sure the bots are stable on the main waterfall before upgrading, if that's good with you.

Re, the bisect slaves, they do exist and will update them as well.
