running lighthouse on a PWA running on a USB attached device crashes chrome

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. attach phone to computer via USB in debugging mode
2. open PWA in chrome on phone
3. inspect app on desktop
4. switch to audit panel and run light house

What is the expected behavior?
usual lighthouse report

What went wrong?
all of chrome crashes.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.91  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

@Reporter: Could you please provide link to sample progressive Webapp on which this is to be tested and could you also provide crash id's from chrome://crashes for further triaging from TE end.
you can get PWAs from https://pwa.rocks/, and as I mentioned, when I enter the crash IDs, it deletes the comments...not sure why.

It's weird the crash ids being deleted. Could it be because the message is too short. Can you please try again. Thank you

I was able to reproduce it on M61 getting the browser crash 734cd9c1a77f3304
Looks like OOM. Turned out that there's a similar report already exists. Closing this one as a duplicate.
