Non-Regression:Focus highlight is seen missing for the buttons in CSS Filters demo page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,Open http://html5-demos.appspot.com/static/css/filters/index.html
(2)Press Tab and Observe the focus on Animations buttons below(blur,grayscale,sepia,stop)


Actual:No focus highlight is seen on the buttons,but when we click Enter we can notice that focus traverse is on the buttons.
Expected:Focus highlight should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-55

Note:
1.Able to see focus as expected in Mozilla Firefox version 50.0
2.Issue is reproducible on Windows,Linux OS
