Password text is displayed in manage passwords even after navigating to other sections.

Issue description

Chrome Version:  63.0.3221.0 Revision e34bc3ba4a14b65c94f4b0ae103473934e32cfdb-refs/heads/master@{#503308}(32/64 Bit) 
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.12.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome login to https://twitter.com/ with valid credentials.
(2)Click 'save' button from password bubble, click on manage password link button
(3)Click on 'show password' (eye icon) once password appear click on back button or navigate to other sections.
(4)Now click on manage password again and observe

Actual: Password text is displayed even after navigating to other sections.(after step 3 & 4)

Expected: Password text should not be displayed after navigating to other sections.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M62' series i.e.62.0.3178.0

@maxwalker: I gave this some thought, and I agree that hiding the password when a page navigation happens is a good idea. It is straight forward to show the password again (a single click), as long as the reauth timeout hasn't passed yet. Furthermore, we could also auto-hide the password after a given timeout (e.g. 90 seconds), but I think hiding the password as soon as any navigation happens should be sufficient. What do you think?
