Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. access a PWA in chrome -> 'add to homescreen' dialog appears 2. click 'add' -> 'adding...' then 'open' 3. click 'open' What is the expected behavior? Current tab changes into the app launched from homescreen. This could be as simple as closing the tab while the app launches from homescreen, or something more visually appealing (difficult, I'd imagine). What went wrong? I now have two instances of my app running. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 61.0.3163.91 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version:

Navigated to the apps listed in https://pwa.rocks/ but non showed an option "add to home screen". Can we have a sample site from where we can try this. Thanks.!

All those apps should trigger the option. Even the https://pwa.rocks/ site itself triggers the option on my device. I'll try to add a screenshot.

Here you go. I added two screenshots; one of the 'add' prompt appearing for the pwa rocks site, and one showing two instances of my app running (one in the browser, and one from homescreen).
