Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to https://www.w3schools.com/bootstrap/tryit.asp?filename=trybs_grid_ex6&stacked=h 2. Enable emulation with some phone(Iphone 5) 3. Switch emulation to Ipad and refresh page What is the expected behavior? Page adjusted to the device What went wrong? Page is not adjusted to the device Did this work before? No Chrome version: 61.0.3163.91 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0 Probably problem is that page contains 2 tags <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0">

urababay@ Thanks for the issue.. Tested this issue on Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.12.6 using the latest Stable 61.0.3163.100 and the latest Canary 63.0.3223.0 with the below steps. 1. Launched Chrome and navigated to the above given URL. 2. Opened Devtools and enabled Emulated view of the page. 3. Switched Emulation between Iphone 5 and Ipad and can observe that the page is getting adjusted to the device selected. Please find the attached screen cast for reference. Can you please retry the issue on a fresh chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread if there are any issues. Requesting help from IOS team in triaging this issue. Thanks..

Unrelated to Chrome for iOS (which doesn't run Blink).
