For single instance Chrome UI Devtools inspection, clicking on the DOM tree will close some existing UI pop-up. It's nice to have auto expand feature on DOM tree when a new ui element is added so we can view which child elements are also added under this new and highlighted ui element.

A temporary work around this bug is to use two different computers and use one instance in 1 computer to inspect the other instance in the other computer.
