What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload a CL that will fail a build flakily... (huzzah for good repro-steps!)
2. Start a dry-run that will fail some bots.
3. Re-run the dry-run and ensure all bots succeed.

What is the expected output?
The newest, rightmost and biggest box for each bot is green, and the tiny little box to its left should be red for the bots that failed in 2).

What do you see instead?
The tiny leftmost box for a given bot is green, and the huge box with the bot name is red.

Notes?
In the attached file (screenshot of https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/674036 from right now), the bots win_chromium_rel_ng and linux_chromium_chromeos_rel_ng worked on their second try, thus passing the dry-run. However, in the UI it looks all red and sad, because the oldest is shown as displaying the name of the bot, etc.

The link to tbe bots work correctly though, i.e. the green (tiny) box takes me to the green build and the red box (big) takes me to the red bot.

Things I tried?
Refreshing the page, but it did not help.
