Animated SVG Crash

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enter address of website with animated svg
2. chrome tab will crash
3. refresh

What is the expected behavior?
That the website will load 

What went wrong?
I went to a webpage that uses an animated SVG (css transforms embeded in svg) and chrome will oh snap.  On refresh the webpage will load sometimes.  With the SVG removed, the webpage works.

How much crashed? Just one tab

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

I just turned on crash reporting:  Crash Report ID 6891a86d107e5503 (Local Crash ID: a1ebfbf7-9cbb-49d4-8245-143125102ab4).

It was happening frequently with a website that I am making and so I am working on an alternative to using an animated SVG.

Status: Duplicate (was: Unconfirmed)
This is a known issue with M-60 that has been fixed in M-61 that is rolling out steadily now. You should see an update soon and the problem should disappear. If it persists past the M-61 update please let us know.
