Android Hybrid Application Webview Fonts enlarges

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the app
2. The UI of the Hybrid app is ugly with the large fonts

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
I have a hybrid app using Mobile First and JqueryMobile. We are using the webview which uses chrome browser and the whole UI is stretched out. The view port no-scaleable and all didnt work.but when i delete chrome browser the app works well.Can you please help as soon as possible to fix this issue as this is production issue and 20% of our clients are impacted.
