Long folder names in bookmarks are truncated with Done button

aApp Version: 63.0.3219.0 canary
iOS Version:11.0
Device : iPhone 7+
URL: Chrome Settings -- Bookmarks

Precondition :
1.Go to chrome://flags --> Bookmark New Generation iOS : Enabled
2.Have few folders saved with long name.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Launch chrome.
  2. Tap on Bookmarks icon > Tap on Mobile bookmarks
  2. Select the folder which has long name.

Observed results:
Bookmark name gets truncated with Done button

Expected results:
Bookmark name should not be truncated.

Number of times you were able to reproduce: 5/5
Bug reproducible after clean install: Yes
Bug reproducible after clearing cache and cookies: Yes
Bug reproducible on Chrome Mobile on Android: Yes
Bug reproducible on Dolphin/Safari/Firefox: Safari : NA
Bug reproducible on current stable build (App Version, iOS Version): No in m61, New change 
Bug reproducible on the current beta channel build (App Version, iOS Version):  No in m62, New change

This bug should be already fixed by crrev.com/c/674876 (landed on 63.0.3223.0) which rewrites the navigation bar usnig MDCAppBar.

Long folder names are truncated but not overlapping 'DONE' button.
