Keys' trucation for Zhuyin input method

Platform 9765.48.0（official build) beta-channel caroline 
Firmware Google_Caroline.7820.316.0

REPRO STEPS:
1.Switch to Zhuyin input method
2.Check each keys on the keyboard


ACTUAL RESULTS
Trucation occurs for many keys 

Note:
1.Voice Input works fine if open it from the opt-in menu.

This issue does not repro for SpecialVersion M60.
