phishing sites

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
when i start chrome its direct (start) showing site:https://launchpage.org/?uid=oTlKGGjcgxpsXesqIo2EwMFCWt433CQofo%2FsKzPJ9kaTkPldVcfxpPq%2BapVOhCftJSs%3D

Domain: launchpage.org

File: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

What is the expected behavior?
in chrome i set homepage as google but still its not shows google its always show site:launchpage.org (redirected another sites.. its phishing attempt)

What went wrong?

when i start chrome its direct showing site:Domain: launchpage.org

*Chrome bowser facing url redirection issue
*and also session phishing attack.
anti-virus cant detected this malware.

I think there is loop holes (vulnerability) in chrome browser because of Malware/viruses easily hijack chrome

its my request to check why this issue happen.. 
i think there is loop hole or vulnerability in chrome that's why he gate infected..  
i try lots of malware remover program or (my anti-virus eg MCAfee) but cant discover any malware's...
so its most chances to there is any loop hole in chrome

I reset chrome still this problem not solved..
after installing chrome_cleanup_tool no malicious software found..

@ sagargaikwad4385: Could you check by un-installing and re-installing chrome to latest Market Stable. 

You can download canary builds from the below link

also could you navigate to below URL and report the phising sites which you're facing problem.
https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en

If the issue still persist, please provide your observation

sagargaikwad4385: Sorry to hear you are having this problem. In addition to the suggestions above, you might want to try Chrome help forums (https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!forum/chrome)

It doesn't look like there is any interstitial related bug here though, so I'm removing the label. Thanks.
