Minimize teleported window cannot be restored from the current desktop |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 60.0.3112.114 OS: Chrome What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Log-in two accounts A and B (2) Teleport B's window to A's desktop (3) Minimize B's widdow in A's desktop What is the expected result? We can restore B's window without going back to B's desktop What happens instead? There is no way to restore the minimized window from A's desktop Not sure if it's bug or expected behavior

I vaguely remember that it's intentional behavior. Minimized teleported window (which might indicate that the user does not need it anymore) will go back to its owner's desktop.

Hi Sahiti, could you test a version like m56 to see if this is a regression? issue 691840 is m57, so better have a test on m56. If this is a regression, you could bounce this back to me. Thanks

Issue reproducible on M56 (9000.91.0, 56.0.2924.110) as well.
