Site makes chrome use 100% of processor

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: Open: http://proxyunblocker.org/unblock/funimation.com/ What is the expected behavior? CPU usage rising to 100% in matter of seconds What went wrong? CPU usage rising to 100% in matter of seconds Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113 Channel: n/a OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: I've never seen anything like this before. Chrome should terminate any page doing similar behaviour imo, because on older pcs it could end very badly...

Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 60.0.3112.113 ,on latest stable 62.0.3262.75 and on latest canary 64.0.3254.0 using Windows 10 with below mentioned steps. 1.Navigated to http://proxyunblocker.org/unblock/funimation.com/ 2. And observed normal CPU Usage. Attaching screenshot for reference @Reporter: Could you let us know if we missed any steps from our end and also please check the issue on fresh profile with no extensions or apps? And also please check the same on latest stable, dev and update us the behaviour.You can download latest stable build from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel. Thanks!
