What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a CL on which you are listed as a reviewer.
(2) Attempt to add yourself to the cc line (which you may want to do if you are taking yourself out of the reviewers list).

What is the expected result?

Gerrit allows you to add yourself to the cc line.

What happens instead?

Gerrit will not auto-complete your email address.  If you enter it by hand anyway, it will show up in red and will not be added as a cc to the CL.  This is true whether or not you first remove yourself from the reviewers line.

If you remove yourself from the reviewers line, send the reply, and then add yourself to the CC line (two replies) it works fine.
