Reported by uraba...@gmail.com, Sep 19 2017

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Enable emulation (Select Iphone 5)
2. Go to https://www.wipertech.com.au/
3. Switch emulation to Ipad

It works fine if user opens site on Ipad as first device

What is the expected behavior?
Chrome applies emulation correctly. Page fits to screen
window.Outer.width is 768

What went wrong?
Page doesn't feet to screen
window.Outer.width is 980

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0

Probably issue is in next: page doesn't contain tag <meta name="viewport">

You need to refresh page after switching to Ipad

It looks as if your website is configured to send a different page entirely to ipads at least. Can you please verify the server is in fact sending the same data to both an iphone and ipad UA? It looks like different markup to me, so it is a *server* issue sending different code to different clients.

It applies emulation correctly if I don't switch between devices.

Attached is a video of what I'm seeing. Which is even on initial iPad request the desktop site is rendering.
