Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Enable emulation (Select Iphone 5) 2. Go to https://www.wipertech.com.au/ 3. Switch emulation to Ipad It works fine if user opens site on Ipad as first device What is the expected behavior? Chrome applies emulation correctly. Page fits to screen window.Outer.width is 768 What went wrong? Page doesn't feet to screen window.Outer.width is 980 Did this work before? No Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 27.0 r0

Working fine here when emulating ipad then refreshing so everything takes effect. Version: 63.0.3213.3 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

Hi jonathan.garbee@chromium.org issue still reproduces in the latest version. Verified on Dev 63.0.3218.0 and Canary 63.0.3220.0 See attached video

It looks as if your website is configured to send a different page entirely to ipads at least. Can you please verify the server is in fact sending the same data to both an iphone and ipad UA? It looks like different markup to me, so it is a *server* issue sending different code to different clients.

Attached is a video of what I'm seeing. Which is even on initial iPad request the desktop site is rendering. |
