Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Hi,I'm a chromebook user from China. Us you all known, we can't use google in our country except for using vpn.
2. Now I'm using shadowsocks and i can open google drive and google play. But I can't still open google.com with officail chrome broswer. When I using Firefox, I can open google.com.
