I am filing a new bug that is blocking the long running (since June 12) to try and tackle this problem from a new angle.  

These two bots are down, please bring them back up.

Same hard CPU lock up issue (Note that build{150,151}-m1 have already been migrated to new hardware.

I brought these two hosts back up on the latest lts-xenial (4.4) kernel
