Audio file doesn't play second time

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/63.0.3219.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download attached files to same directory
2. Open .html in Chrome

What is the expected behavior?
Audio plays in loop

What went wrong?
Audio plays once and "Error: DEMUXER_ERROR_COULD_NOT_PARSE: FFmpegDemuxer: PTS is not defined" shows up in JS console.

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 63.0.3219.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version: 

Works on Firefox & Edge.

Using <audio loop> tag also plays this once.

Tested the issue on 63.0.3112.90 and on latest canary 63.0.3219.0 using windows 10,Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.12.6 and is reproducibel with steps mentioned in comment#0.

You are probably looking for a change made after 443768 (known good), but no later than 443769 (first known bad).

I am able to repro this. The file is very short, so we might be have an issue with looping small audio files, or it might be a problem with the provided file itself. I have no problem looping a longer audio file. I will take a closer look within a few days.

This bug has a stale milestone. Please close appropriately, update the milestone and set P1/P2, or drop the milestone and set as P3. I'll automatically punt these issues to M70 next week otherwise.
