"Replay XHR" does not work

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open inspector network tab
2. reload page
3. see some XHR request and trying to use "Replay XHR" from context menu

What is the expected behavior?
new network request should appear in network tab (remote service should be called again wit the same parameters)

What went wrong?
nothing happens (at all) after using "Replay XHR" menu item

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.91  Channel: stable
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: 

useful feature for debugging custom requests with arbitrary headers, etc (please turn it back (:!))

Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 61.0.3163.91 and on latest canary 63.0.3220.0 on Windows 10 with the mentioned steps below. 

1. Opened Network tab in developer tools.
2. Reloaded it and clicked on XHR .
3. Right clicked on an entry to get the context menu and clicked on Replay XHR.
4. New entries are getting added after replaying XHR. Attaching screencast for reference.

@Reporter: Could you please check this issue by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not. Please check the same on latest canary and reply to this comment [https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/canary.html]. Attaching screen cast for reference, please check it and let us know if anything is missing from our end.

This bug occasionally stop its reproduction 2 or 3 days later (after it was reported). It looks like it was fixed by some intermediate chrome update.
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
#4 Thank you for letting us know. This happens quite frequently with these kinds of bugs.
