Unable to reproduce the issue on reported version 60.0.3112.113, latest stable 61.0.3163.91 and on latest canary 63.0.3220.0 with the below mentioned steps on Windows 10.
1.Opened my personal gmail account.
2.Tried printing sample attachement in it(directly and by downloading it).
Printing and downloading of PDF seems to be working fine for me.
@Reporter: Could you please confirm if this happens with any specific PDF file on the latest stable(61.0.3163.91) as well? Also do you see any error when dowloading the pdf page, also please check in new profile or incognito mode.
