This enables PlzNavigate for WebView, so a regression is definitely possible. My CL was already reverted, but 0dbded05ad0ba1c3d8388fd649130509ab97f07a landed before the revert (and just kept PlzNavigate enabled).

Also, I assume chromium-rel-mac11-air was a bug in the script? This CL has nothing to do with Mac.

Seems like this is a false report since the bot is mac but this change only affected Android.

alexclark@, are we sure both bots are regressing due to the same change? This particular change only affects WebView, not Mac.

I don't think PlzNavigate affects animation smoothness, so I'm unblocking the PlzNavigate bug. The culprit is probably a different CL.

These regressions are small enough that I don't think we'll get to the bottom of them after 3 months.
