Swipe feature not works for compact layout when switch other vk then back

9/19's special 60 version

version 60.0.3112.114 (officail build) unknown (64 bit)
Platform  9592。91。0 （official build) dev-channel clapper test 
Firmware Google_Clapper.5216.199.7

Steps:
1.Switch to US Compact keyboard，Slide finger is ok 
2.Switch to another vk, then back

Actual:
Swipe feature is disabled , need to refresh page to makes it works again
refers to attached vedio;

Note:
It is ok in 61 version;
