Regression: Loading bar in 'Bullet -O0 Demo' section is crashes on 'PNaCl Examples' app.

OS: Windows (7,8,10), Linux(14.04), Mac(10.12.6)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, navigate to above URL and click on 'ADD TO CHROME' then Launch app.
(2) Click on Play and Stop button under Audio section then navigate to 'Bullet -O0 Demo' under Demo section.
(3) Repeat step 2 2-3 times,and observe under 'Bullet -O0 Demo'

Actual: Loading bar in 'Bullet -O0 Demo' is crashes after performing step2.

Expected: Loading bar in 'Bullet -O0 Demo' should not crash.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-59'and below is bisect info:

Good Build: 59.0.3050.0
Bad Build: 59.0.3051.0

You are probably looking for a change made after 459361 (known good), but no later than 459362 (first known bad).

Thanks for reporting.

I couldn't reproduce locally so far on Windows 7 / 63.0.3220.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit).

Do you have corresponding crash report IDs (shown in chrome://crashes/)?

With respect to comment1:

For above issue crash id is not getting generated.

For reproducing the issue, repeat step2(i.e Click on Play and Stop button under Audio section then navigate to 'Bullet -O0 Demo' under Demo section.) and if still issue is not reproducing the close the app and again Launch app and repeat steps.
