MediaStreamTrack does not fire ended event when .stop is called

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.91 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run attached repro case
2. 'Got ended event' does not appear in console in v 62 onwards

What is the expected behavior?
'Got ended event' in console

What went wrong?
ended event did not fire

Did this work before? Yes 61

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 62.0.3202.18  Channel: beta
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6
Flash Version: 

Ended event still fires when actual hardware is removed.

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
It should not fire that event. See  bug 752913  and https://w3c.github.io/mediacapture-main/#life-cycle-and-media-flow.

Oh interesting. I commented on the bug you linked. Not sure why the spec would say this. Something I'm missing?
