Wrong German translation for "Activate Flash" in context menu

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to a website with Flash content
2. Ctrl-click content to activate

What is the expected behavior?
German translation for "Activate Flash" should be "Flash aktivieren"

What went wrong?
"Flash" has been translated to "Blitz" in German.

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.113  Channel: n/a

Thanks very much for your bug report! This should be an easy fix, but I'm not sure if strings/translations can be merged, so the earliest we can see a fix for this is probably Chrome 63.

Explicitly specifies that 'Flash' is the name of a plugin and should not
be translated.
