Long pressing 6 key submit wrong symbol in Pinyin Full layout with CH input status

9/19's special 60 version

version 60.0.3112.114 (officail build) unknown (64 bit)
Platform  9592。91。0 （official build) dev-channel clapper test 
Firmware Google_Clapper.5216.199.7

Steps:
1.Switch to Pinyin Full layout
2.Long pressing 6 key 

Actual:
Will submit ..... , but in fact , the upper symbol in 6  key is ^

Note:
In 61 version, Long pressing 6 key can not submit upper symbol, not response

When switch to En input status, long pressing 6 key can submit ^ symbol; consistent with 61 version;

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
When "puunctuation width is full" is selected. output "..." is correct. "unselected", output "^" is correct.

61 version has bug. I fixed in this version.
