track pad and keyboard compatibility issues with third party apps

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.94.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.114 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9592.94.0 (Official Build) stable-channel terra Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. make sure the mouse works with third party apps 2. make sure the keys work with them 3. What is the expected behavior? when i want to play roblox on the play store the track pad does not register the press in the game and so as the keys, and the arrow keys registers the the other way What went wrong? i think the app has a hard time communicating with the app and when it does work i can be play nice games on my chromebook and not have to play on other computer WebStore page: Did this work before?
