Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 9592.85.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.112 Safari/537.36 Platform: 9592.85.0 (Official Build) stable-channel gandof Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Connect external monitor mounted to top or left of chromebook 2. Extend screen to monitor 3. Try to mouse over to monitor to top or left What is the expected behavior? The OS allows one to change the mouse direction to the extended screen, not just the rotational screen orientation. What went wrong? Can only mouse to right to access extended screens mounted to top or left of chromebook. Counterintuitive, disorienting, and not modifiable that I can tell, even in dev mode. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 60.0.3112.112 Channel: n/a OS Version: 9592.85.0 Flash Version:

jtourig@ I'm not quite following your description of expected behavior - can you please clarify 'the rotational screen orientation'.

The expected screen rotation control was working fine, but the screen orientation drag-and-drop was not in conjunction, so I had to mouse right to get the extended desktop no matter position. I've kept mucking about with it after updating, switching channels and it seems to be working as expected now.
