Flashing black square on lock screen on Eve

I don't have a screenshot, but I saw several times:
when logging in to Eve, IIRC after entering the password and pressing Enter, there is a quickly flashing black rectangle.

Or perhaps, that was while going through OOB. Sorry, no more details.

No idea whom to assign to.

Might be related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=765763. Black flashes are expected from that issue.

Seems like this would be a graphics issue, not caused by login/oobe code.

Cool, but FWIW, my one was smaller and didn't take the whole width of the screen.
