Unable to open .rar file

Google Chrome: 62.0.3202.24 dev build
Platform     : 9901.17.0 dev-channel caroline, slippy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Files app and try to open any .rar file.

What is the expected result?
.rar file should be mounted and should be able to open files within .rar file.

What happens instead?
Getting an error message and unable to open the file. Please see the attachment

This is not a duplicate of Issue 221124, since .rar file support existed in previous builds.

@weifangsun: Can you please look into this issue? I believe .tar, .gz and other related file support is still not available. Please confirm

mkarkada@ - I checked with the team on this and I don't believe we have native support for .rar. It's only possible to unzip with a 3rd party app at this time.

On M-61 build, .rar file used to get mounted in the Files window, without being any 3rd party apps installed. Please refer the attached picture.
