Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/ushome/index.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. I go to the URL and it constantly refreshed 2. 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Keeps refreshing Does it occur on multiple sites: No Is it a problem with a plugin? Unable to reproduce this issue on reported version 60.0.3112.113 ,on latest stable 62.0.3262.75 and on latest canary 64.0.3254.0 using Windows 10 with below mentioned steps. 1. Navigated to http://www.dailymail.co.uk/ushome/index.html 2. Used this page for 5-10 mins and no auto refresh of page is seen. Attaching screencast for reference. @Reporter: Could you let us know if we missed any steps from our end and also please check the issue on fresh profile with no extensions or apps? And also please check the same on latest stable, dev and update us the behaviour.You can download latest stable build from https://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel. Thanks!
