[Dice] Behavior when main Chrome token becomes invalid, with Sync disabled |

Issue descriptionWhen Sync is enabled, the account reconcilor has a specific behavior when the main token becomes invalid (it logs everything out). We probably need a similar behavior when Sync is disabled and the main Gaia account (account 0) becomes invalid. Currently it would seem that some other account becomes the primary Gaia account. However this is not acceptable as per privacy requirements: the main Gaia account should not change without user interaction. |
