Regression:Grey shades with unnecessary scrollbar is seen for 'Manage supported links' in Chrome app info

Precondition: Launch Playstore,Open and Close it for enabling 'Manage supported links' in Chrome App info

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->Click on Launcher,go near chrome icon ->Right click to get App info 
(2)Click on 'Manage supported links', scroll the page and Observe the grey shades

Actual:Grey shades with unwanted scrollbar is seen
Expected:Instead,it shouldn't be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 60.0.3112.114/9592.94.0 stable channel Minnie

Note:
1.Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
2.Issue is seen only in ARC devices

This particular screen is displayed by Android Settings app. Closing as not feasible.
