What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)In Sign-in screen -> Enter any Email-Id -> Click on 'NEXT' -> Now at 'Enter your password' screen hover mouse at 'Show password' option and observe Tool tip is seen
(2)Now Press 'Tab' button until focus reaches to 'Show password' option and now click on 'Enter' button from keyboard
(3)Observe 'Show password' Tool tip doesn't not get vanished on clicking 'Enter' button or 'Show password' Tool tip is not changing to 'Hide password' when option is changed (Please refer Video)

Expected: 
a)After clicking on 'Enter' button when Focus is on 'Show password' option Tool tip should get vanished
b)'Hide password' Tool tip should be seen when 'Hide password' option is available after clicking on 'Enter' button 

Actual: Instead 
a)Tool tip doesn't not get vanished on clicking 'Enter' button 
b)'Show password' Tool tip is seen when 'Hide password' option is available after clicking on 'Enter' button 

This is Non-Regression Issue seen as New Sign-in UI is seen from M-61
