Devtools window gets opened automatically

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open link: https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/seasonal-recipes/autumn-recipes/warm-and-cozy-fall-dinner-recipes 
2. Open devtools (F12)
3. Refresh 

What is the expected behavior?
Nothing special. Devtool should refresh with the page.

What went wrong?
Another devtool window is getting opened but for another page that consist of one file only- "sw.js" from youtube.com (see attachments). Looks like its a devtool window FOR devtool itself (?!).
1- I have 10 tabs opened. Non of them has Youtube.
2- This second window open after a few seconds and not exacetly when I click refresh (F5).
3- It doesn't happen each time, and I can't understand why it happens.
4- It happened only in this page (I debug many domains)
5- It never happened before, and it started yesterday.

Did this work before? N/A

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows-10 using chrome latest stable #61.0.3163.79 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed no extra dev console is observed with the file "sw.js".

Reporter@ - Are you able to reproduce this issue consistently including incognito mode? Please recheck this issue by upgrading your chrome to latest stable #61.0.3163.79 and create a new profile under chrome://settings with no apps or extensions in your browser.

Hi,
Some more observations:
1- Couldn't reproduce in incognito mode.
2- COULD reproduce in a normal mode. Need to refresh several times until getting some "youtube.com" calls. 
3- Sometimes getting the "sw.js" call (from youtube) without response so the bug doesn't happen (see new screenshot).
4- The bug starts when the sw.js arrives, and it may happen sometime after pageload event.

I'm also getting this and I'm able re reproduce it consistantly..

If I hit the back button (or history.back() in a script) before the youtube iframe has finished loading the DevTools window pops up, in which, under network  tab, initiater: www.youtube.com/sw.js:-infinity

Can you please check the devtools settings and make sure "Auto-open devtools for popups" (bottom right) is unchecked?

I have a feeling that is the issue.

It's unchecked :(
also, I can't reproduce any more... the publisher/website might have taken out the JS that made the issue.
