Issue descriptionversion 60.0.3112.114 (officail build) unknown (64 bit) Platform 9592。91。0 （official build) dev-channel clapper test Firmware Google_Clapper.5216.199.7 Steps: 1.Switch to ZHuyin full layout 2.Switch to Full layotu 3.Switch to En input status 4. Switch to Compact layout Actual: It not works, can not switch to Compact layout Note: 1. Not repro when from Compact to Full layout with En input status 2. In 61 version , it is ok , not repro
