"Pull up to see bookmarks and more" is displayed too often

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open Chrome
2. open new tab

or

1. move bottom toolbar a little up and down

What is the expected behavior?
"Pull up to see bookmarks and more" is displayed max. 2 or 3 times at all

What went wrong?
"Pull up to see bookmarks and more" is displayed always in described situations. This is unnecessary & annoying.

Did this work before? Yes two (?) days ago
