Search is not working when browser is used in full screen

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.113 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome Browser.
2. Change browser mode to full screen(Press F11).
3. Focus in the search box.
4. Try to search for anything, Not able to type any letter.

What is the expected behavior?
User should be able to search the web in full screen mode as well.

What went wrong?
Not able to type/search anything in the search box when user is in full screen mode.

Did this work before? N/A

OS Version: 10.0
