Provide import-guarded wrapper around ts_mon.Field classes

We should be able to use ts_mon.StringField, etc in our code, but we can't guarantee that ts_mon is importable - or, if we have an import guard, that ts_mon is not None.

Provide wrapper classes around the ts_mon.*Field classes.
