Ensure "Google Calendar" link (from Schedule page) is publicly accessible

Project Member Reported by amineer@chromium.org, Sep 15 2017

Issue description

On the "Schedule" page, we link to a Google Calendar entry which contains key dates for all releases - so that folks who use Google Calendar can overlay key Chrome dates onto Calendar (as opposed to always having to visit go/chromeschedule). If we're going to keep that link there (and we should), we should ensure it's publicly accessible before launching to the public.
