Document or remove need for host mode hack

Project Member Reported by alent@google.com, Sep 15 2017

Issue description

On Chameleon, we have to run
touch /etc/default/.usb_host_mode
to prevent the audio gadget from preventing us from using attached USB peripherals.

This step should be documented and/or made unnecessary.

Ruchi, thanks for following up!

Yes, this patch (usb_audio_flow: determine usb host mode with serial driver: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/platform/chameleon/+/752603) addresses this.

Basically, a chameleon board with usb dongle (RN-42 or bluefruit) plugged in will enter into host mode by default. Hence, /etc/default/.usb_host_mode will become optional.
