Document or remove need for host mode hack |

Issue descriptionOn Chameleon, we have to run touch /etc/default/.usb_host_mode to prevent the audio gadget from preventing us from using attached USB peripherals. This step should be documented and/or made unnecessary.

Ruchi, thanks for following up! Yes, this patch (usb_audio_flow: determine usb host mode with serial driver: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromiumos/platform/chameleon/+/752603) addresses this. Basically, a chameleon board with usb dongle (RN-42 or bluefruit) plugged in will enter into host mode by default. Hence, /etc/default/.usb_host_mode will become optional.
