Can't inspect Android device

Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit)
OS: Linux

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open chrome://inspect/?tracing#devices
(2) Click 'inspect' link for a tab

What is the expected result?

Dev tools window opens.

Not sure if it's a good idea to inspect M63 target with M61 browser. Dmitry could you please take a look.

Probably the mobile browser is too fresh, and DevTools frontend for it has not been uploaded yet by our server. Should fix by itself in a couple of hours. Please reopen if this persists.
