Enable Pixel Canvas by default for Linux |

Issue descriptionPixel canvas has been enabled by default on CrOS. It needs to be enabled on Linux as well.

As per comment #5.Tested the issue on Linux Debian Rodete using chrome latest Canary M67-67.0.3386.0 by following steps mentioned in the comment #5. Observed that flag is displaying as expected. Hence adding TE-Verified label. Please find the screen shot for reference. Thank you!
