a couple of issues when Pixel Canvas is enabled. Windows 10 v1709, Chrome Beta 67.0.3396.18 (64-bit), Windows 10 system scaling is 175%. Issue #1: on the New Tab page, if you do not have the bookmarks bar turned on, there is a black line between the top chrome and the new tab page bookmarks bar (see attached screenshot) Issue #2 : when you hover your cursor over an item in the downloads bar, the text changes, it seems to stretch? see this video https://drive.google.com/file/d/17r7IPEqNUCPoX0gNawBSfEpsJB-DKFrU/view?usp=sharing

Just noticed another issue: when the window is maximized, the "Minimize" icon is blurry.

Another issue: the toolbar-content separator line is missing at 150% (!)

Here's one issue that's present both with and without pixel canvas, but is more noticeable with pixel canvas enabled: the tab separators peek out from behind the active tab. There's substantial flickering as the window is resized, too.

I enabled this flag out of curiosity, but it seems to be even blurrier than when disabled. I'm using 150% display scaling on Windows 10. Have I misunderstood what this function aims to achieve?

here's another issue enabling Pixel Canvas causes: sometimes, the bottom of the user icon gets chopped off, but when you hover your cursor over it, it's no longer chopped off. My system scaling is 175%. To repro this, try clicking the menu button beside it, that seems to get it to misbehave
