Wrong sort order for repeated trybot runs |

Issue descriptionOn https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/658157/4, for android_n5x_swarming_rel, the first run was flaky/red (build 262783) and the second run was green (262833). Previously, this would be displayed as a small red rectangle on the left, and the main trybot name would be green. In the last day or two, this has regressed, and now the main trybot name stays red even though a subsequent run succeeded. The successful run is now in the small green rectangle on the left. Also, triggering a rerun of a trybot displays the new in-progress build in a small yellow rectangle to the left, instead of coloring the trybot name yellow.
