I haven't touched these tests for years, so I don't know what to do here. Guido and Henrik maybe has a better idea. Is the NOTIMPLEMENTED() making the test fail or what? Does the page flakily set the title of the page?...

Let's make this available for the time being and revisit once we start working on making all WPT pass.

This issue has been Available for over a year. If it's no longer important or seems unlikely to be fixed, please consider closing it out. If it is important, please re-triage the issue.
